Foxtrot Surveys is different to most other surveying companies, for one good reason
We only do building surveys, nothing else!
We provide detailed and high quality survey reports on any type of property – regardless of age and construction. If you have specific concerns about the property these can be included in the report too. You might, for example, have ideas to extend the property or have worries about some cracks. We listen carefully to your needs and will provide the information you require and not some kind of ‘tick box’ approach that others seem to offer.
If you don’t actually want a report at all, and just need some advice, then we are very happy to meet you at the property and walk around and answer your questions. This is often quicker and cheaper and clients who have bought and sold many previous properties sometimes prefer this type of approach.
This individuality and focus has come from nearly 20 years of experience and gradual refinement. We understand the stress and pressures of buying a property and we want to give you the best information possible so that you can be sure you are making the correct decision.
We undertake surveys throughout the South of England – London, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Essex. We will also travel much further afield for those older properties that need our specialist reporting. For these properties we go all over the UK and have also surveyed properties in the USA, France, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium.
You can be assured that your survey will be undertaken by a highly trained, qualified and experienced building surveyor with expertise in the particular property you are buying. For example, if you were buying a 300 year old Listed building, the survey would only be undertaken by a building surveyor with particular knowledge and expertise of that period of construction.
We can offer specialist advice for complex matters such as building conservation, subsidence and property development.
You can also be assured that we carry £500,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance.
