Our History

Foxtrot was formed in 1987 by Duncan Philips. The concept was to create a specialist building surveying team who would provide detailed expertise and covey their technical knowledge in a friendly and helpful way to clients.

There are two fundamental skills to being a good building surveyor. The first is to be able to go any building of any age or construction and to be able to fully assess its condition. The second is to be able to convey that information to the client whether verbally or in a written format. This information needs to be placed into context and perspective and not presented to the client in such a way that they would never buy any building. The Foxtrot team comprises highly skilled and experienced professional building surveyors, land surveyors and a loyal admin support staff behind the scenes.
