Do I need a building survey?
Yes. An impartial and professional point of view can help you save money and avoid making mistakes by buying a property that you hadn't properly investigated.
What types of survey are available?
We can do anything you require. This could be a list of items specified by yourself, a standard survey report covering all the issues but concisely written or a detailed report that goes into much analysis.
What does a survey report contain?

Are there any 'optional extras' that I can choose?
Not really – everything you need to know will be included in the report. You may be advised to obtain an independent inspection of the gas, electricity and water service installations - these facilities are not tested – not just by us, but by any surveyor.
How soon can I expect to receive my report?
You will receive initial feedback by email within 24 hours. A standard survey report typically takes about 3-5 days and a detailed report about 7-10 days. If you have a specific deadline and need it quicker please advise us as we can often accommodate your requirements.
How much is this going to cost me?
